Charles Dusas' appraisal of my house has cost me a fortune. His final appraised value of myhouse is about 13% lower than the average of two other appraisers. Those two other appraisers were within 1% of each other. He missed something. According to two appraisers and our Realtor, his comps are incorrect. These incorrect comparisons devalued my house. According to two other appraisers and our Realtor and my own research, his market analysis is significantly incorrect. He significantly under-represented the current market conditions, devaluing my house. According to two other appraisers the math in his financial evaluation is off, resulting in a significant devaluation of my house. Charlie mentioned in the appraisal that we had major capital improvements to the house, but never accounted for them in the all-important financial evaluation. Charlie denied my appraisal appeal and has ruined my financial position in my pending relocation.
