• Timothy

  I’m so proud to be the owner of this amazing Goddard School in Hudson. I’ve always needed to do meaningful work throughout my life. The Goddard School has the highest of standards both in Health and Safety, as well as Education for the most meaningful people in our world, our children. As a father myself, I understand and appreciate the importance of the early childhood educational experience. These are just a few reasons why I choose to become part of the Goddard family. I am committed to provide the highest quality education and care for your child here at The Hudson Goddard School.

• Taylor

  Hi, my name is Taylor Myers and I am so excited to be the Director here at the Goddard School of Hudson! I graduated from The University of Akron with my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Inclusive. I have over 5 years of experience working with young kids and I have loved every minute of it. The warmth, joy, and sense of family that fill our classrooms makes our school a truly remarkable place! I have continued to grow as an educator and a leader, learning so much about how to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children and teachers can thrive together. I'm eager to work hand-in-hand with our amazing staff and families that support every child's early learning journey!

  Hi, my name is Jordan Smith and I'm so excited to be your Assistant Director! I joined The Goddard School of Hudson in March 2022 as a Lead Preschool Teacher. Although my background begun in hospitality, my love and passion for early childhood education guided me toward the classroom, where I earned my CDA certification in the summer of 2025. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with such an amazing team, supporting our wonderful families, and helping shape the future of our students every single day!

  Hello! My name is Ashleigh, I have been working in childcare since 2019, and I’m currently working on my Child Development Associate (CDA). My favorite part about working with kids is getting to witness them develop all the skills they will need and also to watch their personalities grow! In my free time I like to go hiking with my dogs, and take pictures of nature while I’m hiking. I also like getting coffee with friends, Halloween, and going to farmers markets.

  Hello! My name is Courtney, and I am so excited to be a part of your child’s journey in our classroom! With 12 years of experience in early childhood education, I have had the joy of helping little ones grow, explore, and reach new milestones in a loving and nurturing environment. My passion is creating a warm, engaging space where your child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to discover the world around them. From cuddles and story time, to sensory play and early development activities, I believe every moment is an opportunity for learning and connection. Communication an partnership with families is so important to me, and I look forward to getting to know you and your little one!

  Hi! I’m Ms Heather. I’ve been working with children from ages toddler to school age for the last 16 years and I currently have a preschool CDA. I have two daughters of my own, a five and seven year old! Working with children has always been a huge passion of mine. I love being apart of their growth and teaching them new things. I’m honored to bring my experience to the Goddard School and to be able to be a part of your little ones life.

  Hi I’m Ms. Liena! I have worked in childcare for over five years, starting at 16 years old thanks to Career programs I was offered. I currently have my CDA (child development Associate credential) and I’m working towards gaining my associates in Early Childhood, soon after, a bachelor degree. I enjoy working with young children because watching as they grow and achieve their goals, milestones, and relationships is so rewarding and amazing to be a part of. I look forward to working with not only my coworkers, but the families and their children to bring success and a positive impact on everyone!

  Hi! My name is Madi! I am currently in my fourth year at Kent State University where I am studying special education with a minor in autism spectrum disorders. I have been working in childcare for almost 3 years mow. I absolutely love working with children and watching them grow. During my free time I enjoy hiking, reading, or playing with my pets ( I have a bunny and a boxer).

  Hello! My name is Ms. Samantha. I have a son Tucker with my husband Dakota. we are a USMC family, ooh-rahh! I have worked with children for the past 18 years. I have been a nanny, a paraprofessional and daycare teacher for 8 years. I attended Hiram College where I studied International Early Childhood Education and would like to go back to school to further my education. I have cheered since I was five and even coached high school cheerleading for a few years. I have had many interesting jobs including being a mascot for the Akron Rubber Ducks. I love art, music, crafts, DIY projects, and hanging out with my family. I am so excited to have your child in my classroom! We will have so much fun and make so many crafts!

  Hi, my name is Alexis and I'm excited to be a part of the Goddard School. I've been working in early childhood education for over a year and earned my high school diploma from Cuyahoga Falls High School. I chose this field because I've always loved being around children. Spending time with my nephews and niece has shown me how rewarding it is to help kids learn and grow. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dog and crocheting.

  Hello! My name is Darcie! I am a mom of two boys! I was a stay at home mom for 4 years. In my spare time, I love to cook & bake. I have a small business for baked goods for friends & family! I love getting coffee & shopping, going on walks, taking the boys to the zoo or indoor play places,& once a month, going to the local library. I started The Goddard Schools Feb 2024. I have a 1.5 year certification in cosmetology, 1.5 year experience in Healthcare & plan to go back to school! My favorite thing to do with children are gym/ outdoor play, Bubbles, arts & crafts & reading!

  Hello! My name is Ms. Kara. I have been working with children for 10 years, starting at 15 years old as a nanny/babysitter. I have been working with young children at schools for 5 years. I enjoy working with children because I love watching the grow, thrive, hit different milestones, and having relationships with the children is so rewarding and incredible to be a part of. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be part of your child's educational journey. In my free time I enjoy being around my family, friends, and husband.

• Kathy

  HI! My name is Miss Kathy and I have been with Goddard since December 2022. I have a Bachelor's degree in English/ Women's studies and a Master's degree in education. I have been working with infants to high school age in many different capacities for more than 30 years. I have been married to a teacher for 32 years. We have a daughter Kyla, who has already traveled the world at 29 and fluently speaks French, Spanish, and Wolof. Our son Ethan is entering his senior year in the Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago studying Sound Design. It gives me great joy to be a special part of a child's daily life. Each day is filled with promise and wonder and renews my spirit.

  Ms. Liv is currently in school for Communications and started at Goddard in 2021. She is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler and Preschool Rooms. -Favorite Song: All Disney songs -Favorite Activity: Drawing and painting -Favorite Thing About Being a Teacher: Watching the children learn something new every day and making a difference in their lives!

  My name is Cierra and i’m currently a resource teacher at The Goddard School! I have previous experience working in this setting, as I came from another Goddard location. I am working towards my bachelors degree in Speech Pathology at Kent State University and plan on furthering my education through grad school. I’m on the Kent Sate Cheerleading team, so in my little free time I enjoy reading, coloring, or going on runs! I’ve always wanted to work with kids, finding it to be so rewarding!

  Hello!! My name is Riley Fortier I am from Columbus Ohio, and I am a student at Kent State University. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine and I love helping them grow as individuals and learning new skills! When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family!

  Hello! My name is Jade and I am currently studying at Kent State University to get my bachelor’s degree in nursing. After I graduate, I hope to work as a pediatric nurse or a labor and delivery nurse in a hospital setting. I have been working in childcare for almost a year and a half now and I love it! I’m passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their journey. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and being with my family and friends.
