Kate has served several roles since joining our team in 2009. Kate is dedicated to making sure that each child has a safe, enjoyable, and successful learning experience on a daily basis. She encourages all of the students and works with them to start them on the right path for all their future educational experiences. Kate loves to spend individual time with each child and makes it a goal to make a personal connection with all families enrolled in her school.
Nicole grew up in Aurora, Ohio where she graduated from High School. Nicole earned her BS in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Youth Development and her M.Ed. in School Counseling from Kent State University. Nicole began her career in childcare working a floater at a daycare center in Aurora and later became the toddler teacher there. Nicole then nannied for a family of four children. After four years with the family Nicole said a sad goodbye to the family as the youngest children prepared to start school. This is when Nicole's journey began at KinderCare. Nicole started off as a floater and in January of 2015 she became the Pre-Kindergarten teacher then in February of 2016 became Assistant Director. Nicole enjoys supporting children in their education journey and making a connection with all of the families at the center.
Ms. Natalia joined our school in April of 2016. She loves cooking healthy and delicious food for all of the children in our school.
Ms. Erin joined KinderCare May of 2011 as an Infant teacher. She graduated from Kent State University with her Bachelors in Psychology. Ms. Erin loves being an infant teacher because children learn and develop so much in their first year of life and she enjoys being a part of that. She also loves building great relationships with all of her families and watch her students grow.
Ms. Carrie joined KinderCare in October of 2015. She started off her KinderCare journey as the Co-Preschool Teacher. She has now been promoted to Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Ms. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family doing many outdoor activities. She has a 9 year old daughter in 4th grade and 12 year old son who is in 7th grade. Ms. Carrie loves watching the children learn and interact with each other. She believes that the year before Kindergarten is extremely important in a child's education and would love the opportunity to teach your child all the skills needed to succeed in Kindergarten.
