I’m just starting my insurance career, but came into the industry with 12 years of customer service experience. I’m passionate about hiking in the national parks. I’ve visited 20 so far and hope to check more off my list. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy relaxing with a good book and baking.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, I’ve been a member of the McKenica Agency family for over 30 years. While our industry has changed over the years, our mission statement hasn’t. When I’m not at work I’m spending time with family especially my precious grand babies, they are important to me. My husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and reconnecting with old friends.
I’ve spent 20+ years in insurance, all of it representing Allstate-after spending 13 years in the financial services industry. It has been my pleasure to help families protect the very things that matter, so much so that I have customers that are now personal friends! I believe it is our obligation to help customers know the basics about their policies so that they can make the best, informed decision for their individual situation – nothing is cookie cutter when I work with a customer. In my time away from the Agency, I enjoys spending time with my husband and our shelter rescue dog, working in our garden (and canning all those goodies to enjoy later), reading, knitting and I am a competition ballroom dancer.

I've been with the McKenica and Associates Agency for 3 plus years. I enjoy working with customers, and most importantly having meaningful conversations so I can help them protect their valuable assets. Outside of work, I enjoy golf and reading.
I've dedicated more than 30 years to working for Allstate. During those 30 + years, I worked primarily in the claims department handling property, casualty and business insurance claims. In fact, I enjoyed working in claims so much, I came out of retirement to work for the agency part-time in the role of Claim Specialist! When I’m not working for McKenica and Associates, I love spending time with my wife serving as her assistant as we watch our two young grandchildren each day. I also enjoy golfing, exercising, keeping fit and participating in service projects through our church.
